Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the company’s executives, including the CEO and senior management.
Manage and coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and appointments.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Assist in project management, including organizing, prioritizing, and tracking tasks and deadlines.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee and maintain the general office operations, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and order new supplies as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, and respond or direct inquiries appropriately.
Welcome and assist visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Assist in organizing and coordinating office events, meetings, and training sessions.
Help with travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for staff when necessary.
Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR-related tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an executive assistant or office assistant in a professional setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Filipino nationality.
