Roles And Responsibilities Of a Maintenance Electromechanical
Troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems,
Good Electromechanical knowledge
Basic of Siemens S7-400 safety PLC
Basic of Beckhoff PLC Twin Cat 2 Safety SCADA , HMI, Profi bus, ASI Bus, Ether NET / Cat.
Reading Electrical schematics ,Servo drives,Variable frequency drives (VFD),Ethernet devices, Remote I/O
Maintenance workflow (scheduling, PM tasking, work order creation, etc.).
Maintenance of Conveyor Systems (Roller, Belt).
Troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems – including Siemens PLC, Profibus, etc.
High-Level electricity skills – (AC/DC theory, relays, switches, solenoids, fuses, breakers, etc.), power generation and distribution (including 3 phases), electrical safety, National Electric Code, motor theory and protection.
High-Level electronic skills including photo sensors, scanning devices, embedded controllers, Programmable Logic Controllers, servo drives, variable frequency drives, Ethernet devices, and remote I/O.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification- Diploma-B-Tech in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering.
Minimum Years Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven working experience
