Groupm is now looking to integrate the role of media and eCommerce in a deeper way, using data, technology and best practice media execution to do so. This role will be crucial to the success of this business objective. The role is unique as it has the ability to impact the business directly and work hands on with the client and their most valued partners, the retailers. We have a great working relationship with the client team, have a very healthy business and have a great network across the globe to support.
The role is a dual role of supporting the management of GroupM media activations on eCommerce platforms and deeper integration between brand and eCommerce media. The role will work in conjunction with our brand planning teams and a key responsibility will be the planning and buying of digital media across key eCommerce platforms for all GroupM product categories.
Work well within a busy team, to keep calm under pressure, to be diligent and take pride the accuracy of the work produced. Understand the data, how to represent it accurately and to draw key insights from the findings.
3-5 within E-commerce, E-retail planning, and amazon Ads.
Amazon Ads certifications are a plus
Campaign delivery technical knowledge.
Has a strong understanding of eCommerce landscape in MENA and an opinion of this important space.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Strong organizational skills and ability to review/ update processes/ procedures.
Interest in self-development.
Previous experience using Microsoft office, including Excel and Powerpoint.
Good project management skills and works well within a team.
Excellent communication (Verbal and Written) skills.
Experience in using media measurement and analytics tools.
Support the Head of E-commerce in developing eCommerce media plans.
Work with eCommerce partners in the briefing, development and execution of media plans.
Assist the Manager on adhoc client/global requests to help source information and address local/global needs.
Maintain and develop agency relationships with current and new media. vendors; evaluate new media types/outlets.
Delivering monthly spend reports using media plan entry tools.
Develop an understanding of the services we offer and how we offer them.
Ensure campaigns adhere to the quality assurance framework and follow pillar guidelines.
Retail readiness expertise, ability to audit clients e-commerce presence and deploy an optimization roadmap.
Produce, use and deliver suitable historical results & insight from reports.
Conduct benchmark reporting and analysis on new client campaigns.
Ensure the client, agency status is maintained and kept track of.
Technical Services, support and troubleshooting.
