Greet and welcome guests at the door, takes and confirms their reservation
Ensure that guests coming in are wearing the appropriate dress code
Check if guests are matching with bookings and accept walk in members and guests if tables are available
Handle members and guests enquiries or requests, providing correct and accurate assistance or information which meets their needs
Ensure communication with all relevant parties is clear, consistent and transparent and also ensure flexibility throughout
Ensure guests comply with the sites rules of conduct
Checking IDs and denying entry to unauthorized individuals
Monitoring and reporting on crowd control and behavior to manage crowds and queues
Patrol inside and outside the venue and monitor the surrounding area
Observe certain behaviors and deal with conflicts by intervening when necessary
Requirements
Have the ability to drive initiatives to increase brand loyalty
Have strong organizational and time management skills with the high degree of flexibility
Good observation and decision-making skills
The ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
A dedication towards improving customer delight, as well as company profitability
Ability to work long shifts and stand for an extended period of time
Impeccable manners
A determination to build positive working relationships with team members to reach common goals
A Team Member who ensures the effective implementation and administration of company-wide policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated company objectives and legislation requirements
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Previous experience of 1-2 years is a plus.
Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
