IIQAF is looking for a hardworking, motivated individual to join our team as a Documentation Executive. This position combines excellent organizational skills, extensive knowledge of regulations, and an attention to detail and accuracy to ensure accurate and timely document tracking and delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field and 3 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Handle day-to-day document tracking and delivery activities for all personnel.
Ensure documents are drafted, updated and distributed in a timely manner.
Monitor document lifecycles from the creation stage through completion.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date document filing and retention.
Create and maintain tracking processes related to document delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve document processes and management.
Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar field
3 years of experience in a similar role
Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
