A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successful product development and strategy execution.
A strong understanding of the technology and industry relevant to the company’s products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying product vision, and strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
What do we expect you to do?
Develop and communicate product vision and strategies based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements to align with business objectives.
Manage external UX/UI designers and developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality products within set timeframes and budgets.
Collaborate with other teams to develop and launch new products or product recommendations.
Monitor internal and external product performance, utilizing analytics and user feedback to drive improvements and enhancements.
Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and provide support to clients and internal stakeholders.
Provide the team with overall tech expertise to guide product development and decision-making.
Attend client and vendor meetings as needed.
Build and maintain sustainable, long-term relationships with vendors.
Support managers in internal business development initiatives and client acquisition efforts.
Contribute to the company’s thought leadership and intellectual capital through articles, research reports, tools, frameworks, knowledge base, internal trainings, and other initiatives.
Support the director in representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, building relationships, and promoting the brand.
