Job Title: Digital Media Manager
As a Digital Media Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing efforts, with a focus on increasing brand visibility, driving traffic, and achieving marketing objectives. You will oversee digital media teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure a cohesive and effective online presence.
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals, target audiences, and available resources.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, including content creators, social media specialists, SEO experts, and paid advertising professionals.
Content Strategy: Develop and oversee content creation strategies for websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
Social Media Management: Manage and optimize the organization’s social media presence, including content planning, scheduling, and engagement with the audience.
SEO and SEM: Plan and execute search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to enhance website visibility and drive organic and paid traffic.
Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing sequences.
Online Advertising: Oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others to reach target audiences and drive conversions.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage the digital marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement CRO techniques to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates on websites and landing pages.
Compliance: Ensure that all digital marketing campaigns adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act, and others.
Competitor Analysis: Keep up with industry trends and analyze competitors’ strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including management and leadership roles.
Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and strategies.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Creative thinking and content development expertise.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
Graphic design and video editing skills.
Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO principles.
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant platforms.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
