The purpose of the Digital Marketing role is to take digital marketing leadership for everything that entices customers to return to this well recognised, international Food Brand. The successful candidate will take ownership for full funnel digital marketing, gaming, and CRM agenda for the region.
Responsibilities
Best-in-class digital experience and knowledge – A track record of setting business / brand vision and strategy and bringing this to life digitally.
Experience in building long term digital strategy for MENA with data driven audience and channel strategy.
Build, budget and execute both long-term strategic and short-term operational digital marketing plans to result in above average business growth and performance.
Experience managing digital marketing channels including paid social, paid search, affiliate, retargeting and programmatic video/display.
Build and manage SEO / ASO plan to improve search engine position and increase organic traffic / installs.
Strong understanding of app marketing ecosystem and expertise to drive app install / app conversion campaigns.
Lead our PH Gaming platform, and successfully integrate gaming and metaverse into our marketing approach with short-, mid- and long-term strategy in partnership with agency.
Strong understanding of attribution models and experience driving and leveraging MMM studies and insights
Elevate our digital analytics approach to be more agile and improve on insights, with robust digital measurement and attribution roadmap.
Experience analyzing and reporting on digital marketing channel performance including Traffic, CVR, CPO and ROAS
Automation driven mindset to elevate our ongoing activities on media, creative, partners, etc.
Define CRM Roadmap with lifecycle campaigns (campaign management and understanding of customer segmentation, automation strategies and platforms
Demonstrated ability to lead change and shape transformational business strategy.
Able to get the best out of digital marketing agencies and partners such as Google understands how to measure digital KPIs and what is needed to drive them.
Work closely with digital & e-commerce teams to influence and impact overall digital experience and consumer journey.
Stay updated with digital & ecommerce trends, share learnings ideas with broader team.
Requirements
Graduate in Marketing with a focus in Digital Marketing.
Marketing professional with 5-7 years experience working with e-commerce teams in the GCC region.
The candidate should exhibit a strong interest in food as a category and have past experience in this region working within e- commerce teams.
Should have a deep passion for digital marketing and have demonstrated in past roles the ability to deploy digital marketing to build the brand and grow sales, instead of relying on traditional media.
Customer Obsessed with Performance Driven and Digital First mindset.
A Change Agent who is Emotionally Intelligent and able to Educate on Digital journey.
Experience working with a major Web analytics and reporting tools – ideally Google Analytics
Experience working with Google and Apple suite of products such as Apple Maps, Google Maps, Google My Business, Google search console etc.
Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments & excellent relationship building skills.
English – Oral and written communication skills should be of the highest standard,
Advanced knowledge/ proficiency in Google ads, Facebook TikTok & Snapchat Business Managers, Apple search ads, DV360
