Design Managers Full Time

About the job
We have an excellent opportunity to work for a large, well-known architectural consultancy in Dubai as a Design/Project Manager.

This individual should be a qualified Architect and either wants to move into a management role or is currently working in a management role.

You should have a design background, understand and communicate knowledgeably about design, as well as have experience scheduling, minutes and produce reports to ensure projects are run on time and on budget.

You will be managing projects under a Project Director, taking part in the design process, leading internal resourcing and coordination between the internal design disciplines as well as multiple sub-consultants.

Duties will include:

Running a team of architects, engineers and sub-contractors.
Make sure the team meet their deliverables and hit targets..
Managing a team and making sure that the projects are run smoothly, on time and on budget.

Requirements

Around 15 years experience
Bachelors in Architecture
Ideally has UAE experience or at least Middle East experience
Experience working on large scale projects preferably high-rise (not low-rise villas)
You should be passionate about design, as well as management
