About the job
The role of the Corporate Trainer involves nurturing strong relationships with Professional Partners, clients, and IFZA colleagues. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to create and deliver training programs, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed about IFZAs processes and industry insights. This role involves conducting sessions for Partners, clients and IFZA colleagues and continuously enhancing our training initiatives.
Responsibilities
Fostering a comprehensive understanding of the Free Zone industry and IFZA processes
Collaborating with the Academy Manager to identify training needs, develop materials, and design effective programs
Creating and delivering engaging and informative training sessions to Partners and clients
Contributing to the development and delivery of corporate internal training sessions
Maintaining an organized and up-to-date training materials database
Collaborating with Client Engagement Managers to ensure their active involvement in training sessions
Fostering robust partnerships with both Partners and Client Engagement Managers
Staying updated on industry changes, the UAE law, regulations, and procedures to ensure training content remains current
Developing online courses for training purposes
Performing other jobrelated duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field
Minimum of 5 years as a corporate training specialist in one or more of the following fields: marketing, IT, finance, or sales
Professional training certifications would be advantageous
English proficiency is required
Additional language proficiency in German, Spanish or French is a plus
Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to inspire and empathize with learners
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and the willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in teaching
Networking prowess for building strong relationships with Partners and clients
Working knowledge or experience with E-Learning software of LMS platforms is a plus
Possession of a valid UAE drivers license and vehicle is advantageous
