We are seeking an experienced and driven Corporate HR Director to become a part of our client’s esteemed Premium Hotel Brand located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful applicant will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the organization. This role will be responsible for leading the HR function, managing the recruitment process, and providing guidance and support to our staff.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 3 years of Experience as a Cluster HR Director for large operation with International / regional brand
Extensive HR leadership experience within the luxury hotel industry.
Proven track record in strategic HR planning and execution.
Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
