We are seeking an individual with 17 years of experience in various IT projects for different organizations, having worked in multiple roles such as Project Manager, System Analyst, SharePoint Developer, Dynamics CRM Developer, System Administrator, and Trainer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering, designing, analysing, and developing solutions for Portals, Workflows, CRM, and custom development.
Key skills and related experience required for this position include:
Microsoft Power Platform:The candidate must possess good knowledge, substantial experience, and relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Microsoft SharePoint:We are looking for an expert in Microsoft SharePoint technologies, including Online, 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007, and 2003, with a focus on implementation and development.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM:The candidate should be an expert in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with experience in versions 365, 2015, 2013, 2011, and 4.0, covering development, implementation, and support.
Microsoft .NET Framework:The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in the Microsoft .NET framework and ASP.NET (4.0, 3.5, 3.0, 2.0, 1.0), as well as MVC and .NET Core.
Data Science:A good understanding and practical experience in Data Science, including Scrapy, R Language, Python, and Microsoft R Server, are required.
Microsoft SQL Server:The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft SQL Server 2016, 2012, 2008, 2005, and 2000.
Application Architecture:Experience in client-server and n-tier application architecture, design, and implementation is a must.
Object-Oriented Design:The candidate should possess a firm knowledge of object-oriented design and programming.
Performance Management:Good knowledge of performance management systems is required.
Database Concepts:Proficiency in database concepts, designing, normalization, business intelligence, and data warehousing concepts is essential.
The Main Duties And Responsibilities For The Position Include
Proposing and preparing work plans and programs for electronic/smart services based on organizational needs and directives.
Analysing and evaluating data requirements for various administrative units to provide required services and applications.
Developing proposals and scenarios for future electronic services and applications, overseeing their implementation.
Proposing methodologies and policies for the management and development of smart services using best practices.
Ensuring comprehensive coverage of electronic/smart service requirements for different organizational units.
Defining technical standards and standards for service development and modernization.
Evaluating smart services and applications for efficiency and effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.
Training users in smart services and applications.
Participating in meetings with relevant departments and institutions and following up on their recommendations.
Preparing periodic reports on completed work, encountered obstacles, and measures taken to overcome them.
