We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer Project Manager to join our Property Care department. As a Civil Engineer Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction/Fit out projects to ensure their successful completion.

Responsibilities:

Leading and managing a team of engineers and construction professionals to ensure efficient project execution
Planning and coordinating construction projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
Ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule by closely monitoring progress and addressing any delays or issues that may arise
Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
Reviewing and approving project plans, designs, and specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements
Monitoring construction progress and resolving any technical or logistical issues that may impact project delivery
Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards to maintain a safe and secure work environment
Preparing and presenting progress reports to senior management, providing updates on project status, budget, and potential risks
Continuously improving project management processes and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and quality

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
Valid professional Engineering/Municipality license preferable.
Proven experience as a Civil Engineer Project Manager.
Proven experience in renovating residential and commercial projects.
Provent experience in handling landscaping and swimming pools.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
UAE Driving license required.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
