Job Description:

Our company is seeking an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join our rapidly expanding team in Dubai. We believe in the power of technology and innovation and are looking to recruit someone who shares our passion. As the CIO, you will be responsible for guiding the strategy, management, and implementation of our information technology (IT) and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IT strategy and infrastructure to align with our company’s overarching goals

Oversee the management of IT operations, ensuring that our systems are stable, secure, and efficient

Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and managing procurement

Collaborate with other executive team members to identify new technology trends and digital solutions to streamline operations

Develop, implement, and monitor cybersecurity and data privacy policies to keep company and client information secure

Manage the IT department, developing talent through recruitment, training, and performance management

Oversee the budget for IT initiatives and ensure that costs are appropriately allocated and controlled

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred

A minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Experience in creating and implementing IT strategies, policies, and procedures

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Knowledge of emerging digital technologies and trends, and experience leveraging them for businesses

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
