About the job Job Description Reporting directly to the Client Services Director MEA, the Nationalisation & Diversity Recruitment Marketing Manager is responsible for setting up and delivering our local attraction strategy for hiring across multiple specialism and markets.
You will work in partnership with the account team and our client to ensure that our clients brand is responsibly, creatively, and competitively represented to the market in line with the principles.
Key Responsibilities
Creating professional, in-depth client-specific project plans and campaigns to improve the brand awareness across online and offline channels.
Ensuring there is full support of the UAE and KSA nationalisation policies across all marketing activities.
Work closely with the clients Employer Branding team to ensure consistency and that all markets and audiences are receiving correct information.
Develop and maintain a regional marketing and sourcing strategy.
Develop and run candidate engagement campaigns through Korn Ferry Recruit & LinkedIn
Create content on our client that can be shared with candidates and colleagues to aid searches, with a particular focus on diversity and nationalisation.
Propose, track and analyse sourcing spend bringing proposals to budget holders and demonstrating ROI.
Analyse source of hire data and provide sourcing channel proposals as a result.
Identify, analyse and implement new sourcing channels that can be used for the MEA team.
Leverage Korn Ferry IP/Resource to further the Marketing capabilities within our clients TA function.
Be the central point for collation and distribution of event collateral for campaigns, careers events and virtual events.
Managing multiple projects, collaborating across matrixed resources, and balancing multiple key stakeholders, adjusting to changing dynamics flexibly as required
Delving into the region, identifying gaps in the brand awareness, and working collaboratively with the team to close them.
Provide regular reports showing ROI on activities and boost talent attraction and brand awareness.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have
Most importantly a true passion for recruitment and marketing with experience managing recruitment advertising, programmatic advertising, and employer branding.
Previous experience with a variety of online and offline channels for candidate attraction.
Extensive knowledge of social media channels and best practices, including market and competitive trends
Proven experience working with nationalization and diversity policies across UAE and KSA.
Able to partner with agencies, creative teams and client marketing decision makers to produce creative campaigns.
Have a strong understanding of metrics and data and the ability to use this in client conversations.
Proven experience of strong stakeholder engagement and having full responsibility for driving marketing and national hiring strategy.
