Position: Campaign Manager
Location: Dubai Media City
Company: A Small independent boutique retail promotional company, delivering marketing solutions to retail chains and FMCG brands.
Mission: The campaign manager is in between the customers and our back office. She/He is accountable for the perfect execution of the confirmed campaigns, facilitating smooth communication and making sure the campaigns are delivered as per the companys commitment.
Is in charge of the operational campaign management of several clients in collaboration with a Sales team.
Collects customer needs and gives advice on the needs expressed, considering the technical constraints in charge.
Collects and centralizes the elements necessary for the deployment of physical and digital operations from internal services and clients.
Formalizes the specifications and the requirements.
Implements/Coordinates operations while respecting the mechanics, deadlines, and budgets (preparation of files, control, and validation of elements )
Interfaces with various internal contacts (Sales, Operation, Design, Accounting)
Ensures the statistical, production, or logistical follow-up of the operations (sending documents to the
customers, alert and control, formatting of Database.)
Ensures customer follow-up throughout the deployment phase with the operational teams.
Informs customers regularly on the progress of their operations.
Intervenes technically on the problems.
Analyzes the results, consolidates reports, and assists the sales representative in the drafting of post-operation reports.
Manages and monitors the administrative and financial follow-up of the campaigns (invoicing, closing)
Supports the sales team in its responses to customer needs.
Coordinates the operations with the client: Advises, Follows up, Updates.
Meetings: Daily huddle, Weekly individuals with your team members, Weekly campaign coordination with Operation & Process team,
Main KPIs: # of campaigns successfully managed by the team, Customer satisfaction score
Tools: Good experience with project management tools such as Trello
Reports to Customer relationship manager
Higher education in Commerce/Marketing.
First experience in a commercial environment
Rigorous and tenacious with good interpersonal skills are the qualities for this position.
Good knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of the retail industry and the FMCG sector
Creative and Passionate about Consumer goods and promotion
Excellent communication skills
