Developing the local and international markets
Acquiring structured networks and ensuring the products sales in those networks.
Building business cases to support the implementation of each service.
Acquiring new segments of businesses outside the company
Developing innovative and growth strategy processes for business development
Representing the company vision and values.
Developing activities to strengthen business relationships with partners.
Actively participating in all business events and all pilot stages and full roll-out.
Building high-level presentations for each partner before their launch in network.
Develop teamwork spirit and work well with other departments to achieve organizations business goals.
Marketing research and research on the business opportunities and viable income streams.
Report writing and business proposal writing.
Business Development projections.
Negotiating with stakeholders.
Progress reports on the acquired customers and business progress.
To generate relevant monthly reports that pertain the business development department.
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
Any other assigned duties by the company.
Undergraduate degree in a business related field, (e.g. sales and marketing.)
At least 05 years of Business Development working experience
Proficiency in reporting tools
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Good knowledge of financial services and/or bank, Telcom and Fintech industry
Good knowledge of distribution networks
Ability to cope with failure and stress
