Position: Business Development/ Sales Executive (POS Sales)
Experience: 2-5 years
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Touchscreen POS (Point Of Sales) Sales Executive for one of our esteemed clients to join their team in Dubai. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales of displays and touch displays to retail shops and businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of retail environments, and a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Identify and target potential clients and businesses that would benefit from our displays and touch displays.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also actively seeking out new business opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products to potential customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Understand the needs and requirements of clients and tailor product offerings to meet their specific needs.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations to potential clients.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
Qualifications And Skills
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven track record of 2-6 years of successful sales experience, preferably in selling displays, touch displays, POS, or similar technology products.
Strong understanding of retail environments and the unique challenges and opportunities they present.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and presentations.
Familiarity with current technology trends and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical clients.
