Job Title: Business Development Manager (Interior Design)
Were currently looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager for Implementing sales plan and strategy in order to maximize financial objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Develops a business plan and Business strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of Business leads and prospects.
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Creates and conducts proposal presentations.
Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products / activities.
Maintain the company sales target on track.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new market.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Job Requirements
Qualification: Diploma or bachelor’s degree or any related course
Experience: 5 & more years exp. in Interior Design industries in UAE.
Capabilities: To drive a team, Tenacity in client negotiation & sense of priority.
Extensive experience in the Interior Design interior industry is a must.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
UAE Driving License is necessary.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills.
