Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager specializing in Study Abroad, Visa Services, and Immigration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the education and immigration sectors, with a keen understanding of international student recruitment and visa processes, bridging the gap between universities and potential talent. The role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with academic institutions to identify and attract top-tier university partnerships.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis and Research:
– Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and trends in the study abroad, visa services, and immigration sectors.
– Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.

2. Client Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, immigration authorities, and other key stakeholders.
– Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

3. Sales and Revenue Generation:
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in study abroad programs and visa services.
– Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client acquisition and retention efforts.

4. Product and Service Development:
– Work closely with internal teams to enhance and expand our study abroad and immigration service offerings.
– Identify opportunities for new product development and market expansion.

5. Compliance and Documentation:
– Stay updated on immigration policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure compliance.
– Oversee the preparation and submission of visa applications and related documentation.

6. Team Collaboration:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience.
– Provide guidance and support to team members to optimize performance.

7. Brand Ambassador:
– Serve as a brand ambassador for the organization, promoting its values, culture, and career opportunities within the university community.
– Organize and participate in employer branding initiatives on campus.

8. Recruitment Events:
– Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment events such as workshops, information sessions, and campus interviews.
– Provide information about the organization’s internship and entry-level positions.

9. Pipeline Development:
– Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
– Collaborate with internal teams to understand workforce requirements and align university partnerships accordingly.

10. Data Analysis:
– Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of university partnerships.
– Provide regular reports and insights to improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Masters’ degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in business development within the study abroad, visa services, or immigration industry (4-5 years).
3. Strong understanding of international education systems, visa processes, and immigration policies.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
6. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics.
7. Ability to travel as required.
