The role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with academic institutions to identify and attract top-tier university partnerships.
1. Market Analysis and Research:
– Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and trends in the study abroad, visa services, and immigration sectors.
– Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
2. Client Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, immigration authorities, and other key stakeholders.
– Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation:
– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in study abroad programs and visa services.
– Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client acquisition and retention efforts.
4. Product and Service Development:
– Work closely with internal teams to enhance and expand our study abroad and immigration service offerings.
– Identify opportunities for new product development and market expansion.
5. Compliance and Documentation:

– Provide information about the organization’s internship and entry-level positions.
9. Pipeline Development:
– Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
– Collaborate with internal teams to understand workforce requirements and align university partnerships accordingly.
10. Data Analysis:
– Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of university partnerships.
– Provide regular reports and insights to improve recruitment strategies.
