Job Title: Business Development Manager

Overview: Our client, a reputable law firm and Corporate Services Provider is seeking for an ambitious and proactive individual who has an innovative approach to business development.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in business development, preferably
within the UAE.
HR Department
Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing
strategies, including successful social media campaigns.
A strong understanding of the legal landscape and technology trends.
Excellent networking skills and a charismatic, professional demeanor.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively at
all levels.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Arabic will be
advantageous
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development
strategy to enhance the firm’s digital presence and streamline both
internal and external operations.
Conduct and coordinate marketing campaigns with a focus on social
media, monitoring their effectiveness and tweaking strategies as
needed.
Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and
potential clients, agencies, and advertisers to generate new business for
the firm.
Attend networking events, seminars, and conferences as a
representative of the company, ensuring a professional image is
consistently conveyed.
Keep abreast of trends and innovative business procedures in the legal
and tech industries to maintain a competitive edge.
Drive the digitization of the firm’s operations, collaborating with the IT
team to integrate new technologies effectively.
Provide monthly reports on business development activities and
success rates, presenting these to senior management
