Business Development Assistant & Proposal Coordinator
We are the Dubai Office (and base for the new Business Unit MENA) of the Swiss originated 73 years old global engineering consultant, Pini Group, a major player in engineering consultancy, renowned for innovative solutions and unwavering commitment to excellence. As we continue to elevate our presence in the GCC market, we are in search of a motivated and experienced Business Development Assistant & Proposal Coordinator to join our vibrant Dubai team.
Business Development: Craft and execute strategic plans, expanding our clientele and footprint across the GCC region;
Proposal Coordination: Spearhead the proposal process, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to construct captivating and competitive proposals resonating with clients;
Market Expertise: Harness your comprehensive GCC market insight to identify trends, untapped prospects, and potential clientele;
Public Tenders: Oversee the coordination and meticulous response to public tenders, ensuring precision, compliance, and timely submissions;
Client Relationship Management: Foster enduring relationships with existing clients while engaging with prospective ones, understanding their unique needs, and presenting tailor-made solutions;
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of business development activities, proposals, and client interactions.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in proposal analysis and coordination, or comparable roles in the GCC market;
Proven expertise in orchestrating and responding to public tenders, coupled with adept client interaction skills, ideally within a consultancy framework;
Background in civil engineering preferred, providing technical insights and enhancing credibility during client interactions;
Exceptional communication and interpersonal aptitude, both written and verbal;
Strong organizational competences, effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently;
Proficiency in MS Office suite and adeptness with proposal management tools.
