We are offering you the opportunity to become an Air & Sea Business Change Manager, to focus on ensuring that best practices are applied on following operational procedures and data quality standards in the operating system and other tools. As a change manager, responsible for reviewing procedures and implementing new ones when and where required with the department management. Assist with building of best practice in the departments. Assist in implementation of new IT applications to make the operation leaner. Help the business to take advantage of new innovations, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA); Drones; Apps; Machine Learning and AI.
Responsibilities:
Act as first line support for system related issues mainly CW1/Reporting.
Process re-engineering drive productivity increase (eliminate waste) and operational excellence
Admin user & Raising IT tickets for system related issues like CW1, myDSV or any other application that support operations.
Be the communication bridge between Department heads to meet business requirement.
Set Operational Governance as per DSV Standards considering local requirements.
System analysis & innovative working procedures.
Measuring KPIs and setting local & global benchmark standards in Data quality.
Supporting Management with access to reports, analysis data, setting dynamic dashboards.
Staff Training.
