This role is designed to provide a dynamic learning experience for the intern, allowing them to contribute to the ideation and execution of innovative projects. By assisting in planning, coordination, market research, and project documentation, the intern will play a key role in helping the new verticals and connectivity team realize new opportunities, build external partnerships, and maintain an organized innovation pipeline. The purpose of this position is to foster the intern’s passion for technology, startups, and creative problem-solving, while also contributing to CAFU’s mission of providing cutting-edge solutions that enhance convenience and efficiency for our customers. Through hands-on involvement in various innovation initiatives, the intern will gain valuable skills, insights, and connections that can pave the way for a successful career in the innovation and technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the creation of compelling pitch decks, internal presentations, and project summaries that effectively communicate the value proposition of innovation projects to stakeholders through a tight and engaging narrative.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to inform innovation strategies.
Assist in reaching out to external partners, startups, and subject matter experts to explore potential collaborations and partnership opportunities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, refine concepts, and align innovation projects with CAFU’s business goals.
Support the maintenance of a comprehensive database for tracking project progress, milestones, and outcomes within the new verticals and innovation pipeline.
Participate in periodic team meetings, contributing updates on ongoing projects, sharing insights, and proposing new ideas to continuously drive innovation.
Work closely with the Incubation and Innovation Lead to identify areas of improvement and contribute suggestions for optimization.
Assist in documenting project-related findings, meeting minutes, and action items, ensuring that knowledge is captured and shared effectively within the team.
