Business Advisor – Inbound & Outbound Sales (Prior Business Setup Experience Required) **
Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Advisor with a strong background in both Inbound and Outbound Sales. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in business setup services, playing a key role in engaging clients, understanding their needs, and facilitating their successful establishment and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Inbound Sales:**
Respond promptly and effectively to inbound inquiries via various communication channels.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the unique requirements of potential clients.
Leverage prior business setup experience to provide tailored solutions aligned with client objectives.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and service delivery.
2. **Outbound Sales:**
Proactively reach out to potential clients through various outbound channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
Utilize prior experience in business setup to articulate the benefits of our services and address client concerns.
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to conversion, leveraging insights gained from past business setup projects.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
3. **Client Relationship Management:**
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, utilizing insights from previous business setup engagements.
Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the business setup process.
