Plan develop and direct marketing efforts to increase the value and performance of Company brands, service, or product.
Key Result Areas
Work collaboratively with relevant marketing participating with creative ideas in the planning sessions with the marketing and brand team.
Execute all brands marketing plans based on the agreed timeline such as in store promotion, events, etc.
Responsible for the final English & Arabic copywriting of all brands in brand assets such as profiles, website content, similar document, etc.
Briefing graphic designers on the design and content of brand collaterals inclusive of table tent cards, hoarding content, business cards, placemats, vouchers etc.
Managing the process of briefing, developing, and executing brand elements such as interior branding projects, uniforms designs, name badges, bill holders, condiment holders etc.
Managing the execution of delivery campaigns and reporting the return on investment of the results.
Through insight analysis, develop delivery strategies to enhance delivery growth.
Add & update brand info, loyalty updates and promotions.
Schedule & manage all communications such as email, SMS or push notifications for the loyalty App.
Monitor & report marketing campaigns & offers.
Ongoing daily and weekly monitoring for the app performance by sharing the results with the restaurant manager, operations manager, and brand manager.
BI dashboard management
Finalizing written content for corporate communications such as board presentations, AWJ website etc.
Responsible for copy writing, briefing, and sending of the AWJ quarterly newsletter.
Sending corporate greetings to the AWJ database.
Managing PR relationship.
Support social media team with the brand strategy, tone of voice and objectives.
Review & approve all brands monthly social media content calendar before going live.
Monthly category reports to demonstrate value and unit sales by item for all menu items with recommendations to enhance category performance.
Monthly promotional report to communicate redemptions and discounts of dine in and delivery marketing discounts.
Monthly mobile application report with recommendations for upcoming activities.
Monthly tracking of marketing department spends vs. budget.
Create price benchmarking and gap analysis reports monthly with suggestions for new prices and new menu items.
Utilizing the Business Insights dashboard to analyze brand and outlet performance and generate customer insights to make informed promotional recommendations.
Managing and delivering all branding element and artwork requests from franchisees.
Brief & audit the franchisee performance to follow the brand guidelines online and offline.

Passionate about brands and technology
Degree in Marketing or any equivalent alternative
A minimum of 4 years experience in brand management
Proactive, honest, and trustworthy
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work on his own as well as part of a team
Fully conversant with MS office applications
Arabic speaker is a plus
F&B background is highly preferred
