Responsibilities:
Be the leader of the 360-brand team to deliver a winning brand plan
Define the brand frame/strategy and offline and online growth plan using local consumer and market insights and guidelines from Zone and DMI
Define the brands communication and retail strategies to maximize sales and build brand equity
Define and manage the brand commercial strategy and lead the distributor partnership in the region.
Analyse and report weekly and monthly turnover landing for the brand, summarizing all channels of distribution
Oversee the education and training of Bas to ensure the best quality of service is provided by the Brand.
Participate in quarterly and annual client meetings, to present brand plans, strategy and opportunities
Actively participate and lead on the brand forecasting process and monthly business cycle preparation and execution
Set and follow up the annual brand budget with inputs from finance, markets & zone
Be accountable for brand REX and A&Ps and optimise in line with strategy and objectives to deliver target levels as per trend
Ensure consistent 360 approach to brand expression and execution across channels
Drive core pillar growth and identify further opportunities to hack growth
Forecast launches with commercial input, and oversee launch executions and media planning
Be the external voice for the team and represent the brand in Hub and Zone meetings
Foster collaboration between brand teams and countries, ensuring alignment, sharing, and leveraging of best practices
Ensure team development, positive engagement and empowerment for decision making
Foster collaboration with brand teams, countries and act as a coach to my team (both direct and indirect reports)
Implement 360 mindset and ways of working
Be a champion of Simplicity and agile ways of working
Ensure the LOréal ethic principles are respected
Requirements:
Experience required 10- 15 years
Bachelors/Masters degree
Strong planning skills and ability to work across a matrix global environment.
Ability to initiate and prioritise in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
