Responsibilities
Having a comprehensive knowledge of the product line and value proposition to develop strategic plans, and delivery in collaboration with the Senior Divisional Manager
Execute aggressive market research on emerging markets, potential clients, and competitors
Investigate and identify any potential new business opportunity in relation to existing and new product opportunity
Play a key role in specifying products and solutions with the consultants in government, semi-government, multinationals, private and hospitality sector.
Establish and maintain strong business relationship with Principles in order to specify products with Architects, Designers, Consultants & Clients.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize mutual interest.
Deliver rigorous presentations with A&D community to ensure they are up-to-date with all product ranges.
Build connections with A&D community and key members on social media platforms
Update on a regular information about competitor activities and changes in market requirement
Report progress toward sales plans objectives weekly and monthly
Education:
MBA in Marketing or similar
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of the construction industry in the UAE
At least 5 years commercial experience, in business and/or market development/demand creation within Retails, Hotels, Healthcare and Education sector
Strong market analysis capabilities. Able to understand market drivers, uncover customer needs, and estimate financial opportunity
Proven expertise in giving product Presentations to Consultants & Architects
Good working relationship with key accounts managers, interior designers, architects, consultants, project management companies, corporate, main contractors and fit out contractors.
Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing data and suggest solutions to maximize ROI.
Marketing skills: ability to pitch company and its products to the clients is a must
Excellent communication skills in all forms, including written, oral, e-mail and presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proven track record of utilizing a process-oriented approach
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive.
Experience with using Salesforce CRM is a plus.
