Job Description:
Conduct direct sales activities to promote and sell a wide range of banking products.
Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, referrals, and networking, to generate leads and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs, providing personalized advice, and offering suitable banking solutions.
Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to potential customers, while addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding, timely documentation, and follow-up on sales leads, while maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.
