Role: B2B Business Operations Specialist

Position Summary
Nespresso UAE, is keen on hiring a new B2B Business Operations Specialist to support the B2B Business Operations Manager and team to drive B2B Sales & Service Excellence to support the B2B Business growth through:
Leading the optimization of the Local End to End B2B Business Processes, ensuring cross functional alignment with other local functions, markets & HQ.
Driving continuous improvement of processes, tools and capabilities
Ensuring effective implementation of Processes, tools and projects and monitoring their impact on Customer experience.
Supporting the B2B Business Management through commercial reporting, data quality and analysis and be the B2B Projects Manager.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Support the execution of Channel related projects and events.
Execute Business Excellence Support (Reporting, Process, and tools)
Execute all Sales Support Administrative tasks.
Support Field Sales by implementing merchandising initiatives in the B2B Channels.
Provide real-time overview of operational spend and initiate follow up.
Coordinate and align all internal communications & facilitate these processes.
Support the third-party management E.g. Monitor interactions and compare actual performance with pre-defined expectations identifying potential problems and suggesting appropriate actions to mitigate risks and ensure quality.
Assist in the definition of key performance indicators for the B2B Sales Channels
Collect data as input for reporting on market performance KPIs.
Provide actionable recommendations to the direct report to drive additional sales and suggestions for the acquisition and activation strategy.
Update the relevant tools as per HQ & Zone requirements and guidelines and latest processes.
What Will Make You Successful
Degree in Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Economics
3 years of commercial experience (E.g., Customer Service experience, Sales Support & Administration experience)
Planning & Organizational Capabilities
Flexibility, adaptability & Detail orientation
Ability to work cross functionally, collaborate and to work as part of a team.
