Job Description
Due to the continuing success and growth of our UAE team, this fantastic opportunity has arisen at our award-winning specialist consultancy, engineering and advisory firm.
At AESG we are looking for an Associate Fire & Life Safety Consultant to support our Fire & Life Safety team and work alongside our other specialist disciplines.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for fire engineering and a willingness to work across multiple disciplines and industries to drive the market towards more sustainable development.
The successful candidate will form part of AESGs dynamic Fire & Life Safety department located in our Dubai headquarters. The role will include independent project management of complex design and construction projects, covering all aspects of fire engineering including design, strategy writing and project delivery.

Essential Skills:
Masters degree in Fire Safety / Fire Engineering
Minimum of 10 (ten) year-experience across the fields of fire & life safety related to the built environment
Good technical knowledge in Fire Safety/Engineering working within Residential, Commercial and Hotels sectors.
Independently manage complex projects with multifaceted technical scope and stakeholder management both internally and externally (internal technical team, relevant authorities, clients, subconsultants etc)
A good understanding of Building Services Engineering and interdisciplinary design through all stages of the design process
Able to take a brief from the project lead and deliver & control the tasks required, within time and budget
Strong leadership, interpersonal / people management, and mentoring skills
Experience in managing PMC activities at a client / consultant level
