About the job
Our client is a high-end fine dining restaurant based in Dubai.
Opening and closing the restaurant.
Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members.
Scheduling shifts and assigning tables to Floor staff.
Resolving customers’ questions and grievances in a professional manner.
Conducting payroll activities in an accurate, timely manner.
Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations.
High school diploma, degree in hospitality management or equivalent.
Previous supervisory experience within a high-end restaurant.
Must be able to speak fluent English
Intermediate analytical skills
Ability to think calmly under pressure
Willingness to learn open-mindedly
Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development.
