minimum 5 years experience in Facilities Management environment
Review, advise and ensure the implementation and abidance of the appointed contractors to the adopted standard operating and emergency response procedures, contingency plans, reactive and preventive maintenance programmes and compilation of the respective technical documentation
Prepare all periodic progress, engineering, and management reports, as required.
Liaise with vendors and contractors, request proposals and obtain approvals as needed.
Obtain and file all documentation in both original (stored with the Head Office) and electronically.
Supervise the delivery of soft, hard and additional services, certify the payments against the respective reports, ensure that agreed KPIs and SLAs are strictly followed by the contractors.
Ensure that a summary log for maintenance requests is maintained by the contractors, merged irrespective of the reporting routes at tenants disposal used (emergency number, emails, mobile).
Ensure that any additional works requested are procured and delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner
Draft contracts and other legal documents, as required.
Issue and receive payment instruments and draft finance schedules, as required.
Conduct drawings review and ensure that tenants contractors obey the rules of the house.
Collect data, take action and report if any misconduct by tenants employees or visitors will occur.
Suggest initiatives to improve operating practices, such as increasing energy efficiency.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and urgent issues when arise.
