Job Description
As a Remote Assistant Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our team of project managers and coordinators with administrative tasks.
Your Duties Will Include, But Not Be Limited To
Assisting with scheduling and coordinating project meetings and events
Maintaining project documentation and records
Communicating with clients and stakeholders via email and phone
Organizing and maintaining project files and records
Performing research and data analysis
Assisting with project billing and invoicing
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
1-2 years of administrative or project coordination experience preferred, but not required
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
