Job Description
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to the MEA region, aligning with the company’s growth objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, physicians, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders within the vascular and cardiology field.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective product launches.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
Utilise data-driven insights to make informed decisions, track sales performance, and generate regular reports for senior management.
Travel within the MEA region to engage with clients, attend conferences, and strengthen relationships.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in vascular and cardiology, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
A strong network of contacts within the medical community in the MEA region.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage sales teams effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market dynamics and develop innovative sales strategies.
Flexibility to travel extensively within the MEA region as required.
