Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for executing the overall sales strategy within the identified target customers or markets, while developing long-term relationship with the system integrators. They will be responsible to work closely with new and existing customers to meet and exceed the assigned revenue target. Expected travel will be up to 80% throughout to their assigned customers within the structured cabling industry.
Responsibilities:
##Maintain and grow sales within structured cabling by providing sales and services
##Creatively find ways to solve customers# challenges by exercising authority and accountability
##Maintain effective customer relationships through timely, professional, courteous, and accurate responses
##Must be a subject matter expert in the product line and industry, provide technical assistance and support to customers as needed.
##Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
##Preparing and managing a budget for the territory, utilizing in-house sales forecasting tool
##Provide the reporting manager with timely information pertaining to product quality issues, training, customer concerns, competitive information, budgetary variances, new prospects, and territory progress against goals.
Required Skills And Experience
##Experience: Candidates must have minimum 5 years of field sales experience, most preferably in the structured cabling industry.
##Education: Graduation
##Language proficiency: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Arabic oral skills is a strong preference
##Proven success in exceeding sales goals
##Robust communication and presentation skills
##Strong Team player with well-developed organizational proficiencies
