Monitor and assess the performance of the team on a regular basis, providing constructive feedback and guidance.

Handle basic accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements as needed.
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
Coordinate with external auditors during audits and financial reviews.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement when necessary.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Provide support to the management team as required.
Proven experience in an administrative role with leadership responsibilities.
Basic accounting knowledge and experience with maintaining financial records.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
