About The Accounting And Finance Executive Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the personal assets and finances of the family office.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the family’s financial matters, which include keeping records, creating budgets, monitoring cash flow, and planning finances.
Perform regular financial assessments and produce management reports
Manage personal financial relationships that involve private banking relationships, personal holding companies, and their vendors
Ensure tax regulations are adhered to and manage tax planning for the office

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a relevant discipline
Accounting certifications (eg. ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA or equivalent) is preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably in a family office or fund
Experience with financial software and tools such as XERO, QuickBooks or similar
Strong understanding of accounting standards and principles and taxation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
