Responsible for the complete project life cycle of catering to the client’s requirements, beginning with understanding the needs (contractual and commercial); sourcing & screening through sourcing specialists, scheduling / conducting interviews, candidate finalization and mobilization date confirmation, then handing over to the contracts and logistics section.
Conduct regular client visits; ensure clients receive high-quality services.
Plays a crucial role in ensuring that the day-to-day operations associated with meeting clients’ needs are carried out.
Responsible for adhering to the defined KPIs for meeting client needs.
Identify all business opportunities arising from existing clients/projects.
Responsible for strengthening client relationships and ensuring the clients’ continued business success.
Solicit regular client feedback and, in coordination with the COO, implement strategies to enhance the service’s performance.
Ensure complete client satisfaction and consistent revenue/profit margin growth, as directed by management.
Coordinates with sourcing specialists
Obtain Client feedback following the interview and finalize the commercial proposal if the consultant is to be deployed.
Follow up with Client/ Sourcing Specialists regarding Recruitment-related matters.
During the contract renewal/amendment, negotiates and finalizes the terms and conditions with the Consultant/Client.
Fluent in English and French , mandatory
Experience in the Middle East is a plus
5 years of related experience in any of the following industries: Oil and Gas, or Energy industry
Well versed in MS Office
Outstanding leadership and problem-solving abilities.
