Application process

The official alshaya website gives all the recent vacancies and the candidates can visit the site to apply for the desired job. If the applicant finds a job that fits their qualifications and experience, they can click on the apply button. To begin the application, the candidate must enter their valid email address. For existing candidates, they can login with their mail id and password. After login, they must submit an online application with all the details and latest resume.

If you are eligible, the company will contact you for the interview and tests. Depending on the job role, the procedure will be different. There will be group discussion, personal interview, technical tests, and behavioural interviews to access the candidate potential. If you qualify all the stages and is shortlisted, the team will contact you for joining.
